Over my now several decades long tech career, I have come to know Belkin as a brand I can trust. Having turned to them on many occasions for accessories and networking products, it doesn’t surprise me to see they have announced their release of a line of kitchen accessories designed to work with your iPad. With tablets becoming ‘go anywhere, do anything’ devices, I think this attention to detail sets Belkin apart.
Sure I may be able to prop my iPad up on the kitchen counter with something else… but I don’t want to. I want my device to be protected and I want it to be stylish and attractive so it doesn’t feel cobbled together and awkward. Let’s face it, as time goes on I’m only going to use my iPad more (if that is possible) and not less.

I have seen a number of mounts for various things in your kitchen and almost every single one involves significant potential for damage to your cabinets. Even to hang a simple paper towel holder can often mean having little screws going up through the bottoms of your cabinets that often results in other problems. Belkin finally came up with a solution that makes sense to me. Using an adjustable and removable clamp, this mount attaches to the front of your cabinet on the bottom shelf behind the door. Even if it means your door doesn’t close quite flush while you are using your iPad in the kitchen, I don’t see that as a real problem.
