According to The Loop, Apple has sent out invitations to the press to attend a media event on Wednesday, March 2. While Apple hasn’t explicitly said what will be unveiled at the event, based on the invitation artwork it appears Apple plans to introduce the new iPad 2. The invitation has a Calendar App icon showing March 2 and partly exposed behind a peeled corner is an image of the iPad.
The event will be held at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco and kicks off at 10:00AM Pacific Time. We’ll be bringing you the latest iPad 2 news so be sure to stayed tuned to PadGadget on the big day.
